To be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, each paper must be presented by one of its authors.
A full registration is necessary for each submitted paper. Each full registration is valid for up to three papers from the same author.
A student registration is valid for students who wish to participate without a submitted paper.
Payment
You may register using the following options:
Early Bird Full Registration 600 EUR
Early Bird Full Registration HTE, VTG, IEEE members 550 EUR
Early Bird Student Registration 370 EUR
Late Full Registration 700 EUR
Late Full Registration HTE, VTG, IEEE members 650 EUR
Late Student Registration 470 EUR
Early bird registration and payment must be made before April 17.
Payment can be made using a credit/debit card.
Extra-page charges
An additional charge of 100 EUR / page will not be paid with the registration, but it will be invoiced separately to the authors of over-length papers.

Registration fees include services mentioned in the conference programme (coffee breaks, lunches, city reception, conference dinner).
